Others come because they find themselves repeating limiting or painful patterns of behaviour. I offer a safe, non-judgemental and confidential space in which your thoughts and feelings can be expressed and explored. In this way more of your experience is brought into conscious awareness, and this can lead to insight, integration and relief.
I work with couples experiencing ongoing difficulties or a crisis in their relationship, providing a space where confusing or painful events and feelings can be safely understood, and restoring the possibility of healthy intimacy.
